What to expect at Shop & Grub

What is Shop and food?

Located at Naftzger Park, it is a monthly market organized by Festive ICT in collaboration with Wave. The event features local and foreign merchants selling art, jewelry, vintage clothing, food, and more. The best part is that the Shop & Grub is a free event to attend and great for all ages.

Shop & Grub takes place once a month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are two dates left for the year: September 19 and October 17.

At the last event, there were well over 50 vendors covering whatever you could possibly want. And yes, for 21+, a liquor truck is available during the event as well as live music.

I stopped by at a previous Shop & Grub event because I wanted to check out food vendors that I had never had before. It was really impressive to see the participation; not just sellers but the public.

If you like a good outdoor market, it’s a pleasure to attend. The Naftzger Park area is awesome and a great centralized location for everyone in Wichita.

For more information, see the Shop & Grub website.
