Monday August 30
2:00 p.m. – The Boy Scouts of America will hold a status conference at the request of groups representing sexual abuse claimants seeking documentation from the Boy Scouts insurer Century Indemnity Co regarding certain insurance policies. 2:00 p.m. – The U.S. branch of clothing retailer Global Brands Group Holding Ltd will seek approval of its sales procedures, which include a $ 17.3 million bid for its Aquatalia brand. Wednesday September 1
11:00 am – Satellite operator Intelsat SA will seek approval to begin soliciting creditors’ votes for its proposed reorganization plan, which would reduce its debt from nearly $ 15 billion to $ 7 billion. The company said it had the backing of holders of 75% of its funded debt following a settlement with key creditors groups on August 24. Thursday September 2
9 a.m. – Offshore drilling contractor Seadrill Ltd will seek approval of an agreement with the lenders to support rights offers totaling $ 300 million and to pay these lenders a 7.5% commission. The motion is being challenged by another group of lenders who say Seadrill should consider alternative options, including offers for its assets from other offshore drilling companies. 10 a.m. – Mexican airline Grupo Aeromexico SAB de CV will ask subsidiary Aerovias de Mexico SA de CV to purchase a flight simulator from CAE Inc and take on certain aircraft rental contracts.
