AGRIFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (RCS), to commercialize their novel proprietary hydroxyl generation devices in the controlled environment AGRIculture (CEA) and food manufacturing industries. The patent-pending system finds and destroys mold, bacteria, viruses, airborne and surface odorous and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other pathogens and pollutants in real time. The license grants AGRIFORCE the rights in perpetuity as well as the co-ownership rights of the patent to the CEA.
