Hydroxyl technology capable of destroying E. coli, Salmonella, as well as other bacteria and other pathogens that pose a risk to consumers.

AGRIFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (“the Company”) (NASDAQ: AGRI; AGRIW), an intellectual property (IP)-focused AgTech company dedicated to advancing sustainable cultivation and crop transformation across multiple verticals, has entered into an agreement exclusive worldwide license with Radical Clean Solutions Ltd. (RCS), to commercialize their novel proprietary hydroxyl generation devices in the controlled environment AGRIculture (CEA) and food manufacturing industries. The patent-pending system finds and destroys mold, bacteria, viruses, airborne and surface odorous and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other pathogens and pollutants in real time. The license grants AGRIFORCE the rights in perpetuity as well as the co-ownership rights of the patent to the CEA.

Ingo Mueller, CEO of AgriFORCE Growing Systems, said, “In addition to the momentum of our recent definitive agreement to acquire Delphy Groep BV (Delphy) (Delphy), we are delighted to be working with Radical Clean Solutions to begin commercializing another set of solutions, which address some of the biggest problems in the CEA and food manufacturing industries. According to reports from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) ( 1) , it is estimated that mycotoxin (mold) affects nearly 25% of crops worldwide. In addition to mould, airborne pathogens, such as COVID-19, contribute to a significant loss of personnel due to sick leave, which is evident by the massive supply chain issues that have plagued the industry during the current pandemic. Additionally, by destroying bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella, manufacturers can potentially avoid costly recalls, which have both a financial and lasting impact on the brand.

Mueller continued, “Through the implementation of this technology, we believe our end users will not only improve their bottom line, but also better protect the safety of their employees and consumers. AgriFORCE is ideally suited to deploy this technology at the global scale starting with leveraging Delphy’s customer base, as well as the deep industry knowledge and relationships of their experienced management team.In addition, we look forward to deploying the system in our own GrowHouse facilities, this which we believe will further improve yields and improve profitability. Overall, this licensing agreement is closely aligned with our mission to deliver clean, green and better agricultural technology.”

Roger M. Slotkin, CEO of Radical Clean Solutions, added, “At RCS, we pride ourselves on not only being an end-to-end solution for AgriFORCE’s patented cultivation systems to ensure a mold and pathogen free environment. pathogens, but also to have the opportunity to work directly with AgriFORCE’s seasoned management team as the exclusive worldwide licensee for the marketing, sale and distribution of our products to the agriculture-to-environment industries. controlled and food production/manufacturing. does more than just filter or treat the air that passes through it. Our hydroxyl technology is dispersed throughout the environment in which it operates, sanitizing all surfaces, materials, equipment and the air itself. It does this through a natural, chemical-free process that is 100% harmless to people, pets and plants.”
